Why does Gaddafi have female bodyguards specifically?

Supposedly Gaddaffi doesnt trust men and believes women to more loyal,also possesing a ''sixth sense'' that men dont..one of his favorite bodyguards threw herself as a living shiled and died for him when he was being shot at once. He once said that all woman should be trained in martial arts so as not to be weaker when fighting their enemies. It is also rumored he demands ual favors from them as well.
