Why don't we just make Ozone?
My chemistry teacher was talking about how ozone is formed. She said UV radiation meets oxygen it breaks it down and turns 3 oxygen molecules (O2) into 2 Ozone molecules (O3). If that's true than why don't we just make ozone in a controlled environment and then release it in the hole forming?
