Child support Issue... HELP?

I went to child support today.. Let's just say It was very unpleasant. He brought his new girlfriend there we just went back and forth until our names were called it was very childish. Anywho.. I work and he doesn't but they went by what he used to make at his last POE and it was 12 an hour. So they are going to make him pay 80.42 which is way more than I expected but considering our son is in daycare and I pay 145 a week for it I think its very fair. They told him that he should pay as much of it as he can because of course he broke down and said theres no way he could pay it without a job. (( I know, hello motherf*cker get a job)). Them telling him this I feel like it was even pointless to go.. he can give me 5 bucks a week and thats an attempt to pay?? I asked her what I should do if he continues this and she said that if goes on for a long period of time they will notice the pattern and send him a letter stating he has to pay me more or he will have to appear in court and they will take his license. Well he doesn't have a license. So.. will he go to jail eventually? I'm confused. I want my money and this just isn't fair.. I need someone to tell me whats going to happen if he doesn't pay and how long before they say something to him or do something about it!!
