My right leg has a throbbing vein from the groin to the foot.I cant walk, sit or even use the loo without pain?

Its been over a month now, I thought it was uric acid, but zyloric did not help.I am 6 feet tall and about 12 kgs overweigth,drive daily for five hours and do have moderate alcohol sometimes .This pain is in the inner vein/artery and I have excessive sweating when I try to walk.My BP is slightly high at my age of 32.Please advise as I am not being able to visit a doctor.Its a fight with my job or the diagnosis.
