Irritable Bowel Syndrome? Hereditary? Problems, PLEASE HELP!?

My mother has IBS and lately ive been wondering if its what i have too. For as long as i can remember i have had problems doing my buisness (#2) i cant/dont go when i need to so i only go maybe once, occasionaly twice a week and its is usuallt painful and hard to p. Even bleeding sometimes occurs. Could i have IBS? What is wrong with me?
