If I won the lottory would I have to split it with my soon to be ex husband?

My husband left me in May 2009 while I was 5 months pregnant for another solidar and she is now currently 5 months pregnant. We had our 1st court hearing the 28th of december, we could not agree and his lawyer had a plane to catch so we had to rescedule. He hasnt paid a dime for my 3 month old and wasnt even there for his baby boys birth, Im his second wife and baby mother. Now if I were to win the lotto would I have to split it? If he took me to court and with his background would the judge make me split it.
