Severe tootheache very painful please help?

ok so i have a really painful tooth that has broken off its been like that for awhile im currently not in the u.s im in ecuador so im not sure how to go to the dentist does anyone have any rememdies that actually help ive tried the whisky swished it around it relieves some pain but still very painfull havnt been able to sleep in 2 days now any suggestions
