Why did Saint Paul state women should not speak in Church even though we are supposed to speak at M?

It was the custom of the times. Paul was speaking as a Jewish rabbi. In the Catholic Church, unordained women can do everything unordained men can do, no exceptions. How many other churches can say the same? The M has been the central act of Christian worship since the night Jesus celebrated the first M with His disciples, at the Last Supper.
