Which of my RB should i start?

My RB are DeAngelo Williams, Rashard Mendenhall, Steve Slaton, Willis McGahee, and Thomas Jones...(I know....... backup RB's galore!) - I have Mendenhall and Williams in my 2 RB slots right now. its a 12 team league.
