This question is about a friend who has a hard menopause ?

Ok here the situation ; she had taken hormones for 29 yrs but the doctor stop the hormonal treatment because she is 59 ; since then [ a year ago ] she has so many hot flashes that doesn't sleep all night ; and most of the time [ during the night ] she as to take a shower ; she is all wet like if she had walk in the rain . Do you know any natural medicine who could her her [ SHe is not smoking and she is not drinking and she is not over weight ] Any kind of help would be appreciated
