I have had 2 dreams in a row about my ex. What does it mean?

Two nights ago I dreamt that my ex and I were married and lived together. We went to the movies and as we were in the theater, my ex was sitting next to me but then he disappeared and my new boyfriend took his place (symbolic right? lol) The next night I had another dream about him where I was walking downtown with my friend and he was working as a tourguide or something and he came over to us and I said hi but he wouldnt talk to me at all and then I woke up. We left on kinda bad terms but I never even dreamed about him when we were together. What does it mean?
