How do I pword protect a folder on Vista?

This might sound ridiculous, but I have a procrastination solution (hopefully) - I'd like to pword protect my videos folder with a pword like "haveyoudoneyourhomework?" to hopefully deter me from being a bum when I have stuff to do. Is there a free way to do this? I realized through google that it's not as straightforward as it was on earlier Windows versions :(
