Did Bush know that the declified NIE("The White Paper)was doctored to make Iraq look like more of a threat?

if you look papers on world projections for the next 50 years Iraq is having a baby boom right now so in another 2 decades there will be a youth surge like the one going on now in Iran. Basically we needed to get to Iraq before they could become a threat themselves or prevent Iran from going in there and taking over and by being in Afghanistan it is sandwiching Iran so after a few more years of sanctions we'll be able to go into there and take over that country which will give us a nice backdoor entrance into Russia and China if any conflict should arise from them . Having the resources the 3 countries provide will prove very good for the US 30-40 years from now too. Check out the report its pretty interesting.
