Cut out/ blacked out/ bloody eyes/eye sockets in Adobe Photoshop CS5?

i like making dark/emo pics etc...i wanna make a pic with my eyes and sockets all blacked out and bleeding kinda. and i want it to be really realisitc. as if somebody just cut them out. but at the same time not GORY just bloody and creepy.
