Cedric Benson or Derrick Mason?

I've got an opening at the flex position for week 6 and I'm debating between Cedric Benson (should get 15 carries against the Jets), Derrick Mason(vs. Ind), or Muhammad (vs. TB)? I really wanna start Benson but its a total question mark. opinions?
