Black text in internet/computer/ims comes out a different color?

Like you know how every text is originally supposed to come out black? well when I go into yahoo and in search engines or whatever every black text comes out like this weirdish goldish yellow. Like instead of black being the default color, that goldish color is the default. anyone know how i can change this??
