AT&T..... New Cell Phone.... Online.... HELP!!!!?

I already have a cell phone and a plan from AT&T but my cell phone is messing up and I want the BlackJack II (Refurb) but its cheaper online and I was wondering if I can still buy it online or if I have to buy a new plan.
